Refund policy

At A-Z, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to deliver exactly what you ordered. We do not offer refunds. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the error is on our part. 

Eligible for Return or Exchange:
• You received the wrong item.
• You received the wrong size (different from your order).
• The item arrived damaged or has a clear defect.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be:
• Unused and unwashed
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by clear photos showing the issue
 

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
• Change of mind
• Wrong size ordered by the customer
• Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display 
 

Please Note: We provide a detailed size chart on each product page to help you choose the correct fit. Customers are responsible for checking sizing before placing an order.
